Aprils's Featured Artist -->Jim Warren
Considering that Jim Warren's "They Only Come Out at Night" is the theme for our website, it's only fitting that he should be this months Featured Artist! ^_^ Jim Warren was born on Nov 24, 1949 in Long Beach, CA to Don and Betty Warren. He is the youngest of three with an older brother and sister. Warren started paiting at the age of one and is basically self-taught and only attended a few art courses in high-school and college. In 1975 he entered his first public art show, in Westwood CA, and won first prize; 10 years later he began painting book and album covers for famous people such as Arthur C. Clarke, Robin Cook, Clive Barker, Prince and Alice Cooper. Jim lives in Clearwater, FL with his wife, Cindy, and their 3 children.
